Kev and Nixxi came back after a fortnight apart with Nixxi announcing some fairly massive news: she had a new job and was moving to Northern Ireland. Kev immediately reached for the sad music, while Nixxi insisted it was exciting rather than tragic. The move to Donaghcloney meant the following week's Show 198 would be her last in the NE1fm studio for a while, although the pair were already talking about ways she could still join the show remotely.

Before any of that became too emotional, food took over. Kev had apparently discovered calorie counting and arrived with chicken instead of the usual Tesco haul, while Nixxi worked her way through crisps. Both had also found five-finger KitKats, which were instantly promoted to the much more impressive 'KitKat fist'. Kev's had been comprehensively smashed, but both agreed that adding another finger somehow made the whole thing taste better.

Twitter supplied plenty of the night's nonsense. Kev and Nixxi picked apart disastrous hashtags, including the confusion caused by #nowthatchersdead being read as 'Now that Cher's dead', Susan Boyle's infamous album-party hashtag and Blackberry's unfortunate RIMJOBS recruitment tag. Mustang was in Interact discussing everything from tomatoes and ketchup to chickens and eggs, while Mike phoned in with an accent convincing enough to make Kev think a farmer had rung the show. Kev also introduced Nixxi to Accidental Partridge, a Twitter account collecting perfectly ordinary posts that sounded like something Alan Partridge might have said.

The second hour brought more food-related ambition as Kev and Nixxi compared their McDonald's Monopoly stickers and worked out just how impossible Mayfair was to find. Nixxi admitted she had even picked a discarded sticker up from the street, while memories of a previous McDonald's prize led to an increasingly dangerous discussion about the size and colour of her old iPod dock. Barry requested Rank 1 after being thrown out of a party for asking the DJ to play something good, Leslie declared Kev and Nixxi '#nuts', and the pair ended the night arguing over who should supply the cake, flowers, money and balloon for Nixxi's leaving show the following week.
